Bold, timeless & steeped in centuries-old tradition, Wild & Pree's Flower Market edit is inspired by the vibrance and soulfulness of the very chaotic Indian Phool Mandi, local flower bazaars.

Printed using the heritage craft of hand block printing, a traditional textile art form practiced by generational artisans with deep familial lineages tied to the craft.

Hand block printing is a heritage-rich art form that involves intricately carving designs onto wooden blocks, dipping them into various colored dyes, and stamping them onto fabric with precision and skill, layering one color at a time, to form a beautiful pattern. Each intricately hand-stamped design reflects the dedication of artisans who've preserved this tradition over generations.

Imperfections and bleeds are usually celebrated as a hallmark of handmade craftsmanship, that lend character and uniqueness to each piece, reminding the wearer of the human hands involved in making the garment.

Planet Conscious

Crafted with 100% cotton, these pieces are custom printed in small batches & handcrafted in a zero-waste, made-to-order production setup, minimizing wastage & deadstock.

Zero Deadstock

Over production & deadstock (unsold excess stock) are critical bad actors in fashion's environmental impact. To completely eliminate both, we cut, sew, & pack your garment after you place your order.

Plastic & Polyester Free

We only use polyester-free & plastic-free fabric. Polyester & other forms of plastics in fabric, such as elastane, spandex and acrylic, do not decompose & remain on earth for upto 500 years, releasing harmful microplastics that impact acquatic, animal & human life.

Plant-based Fabric

Plant-based fabrics are sustainable because they are derived from renewable resources, such as cotton, bamboo, hemp, and linen, which can be replenished through natural processes. This garment is made from natural cotton fibers.

Biodegradable

Plant-based fabric is biodegradable, meaning it breaks down naturally over time, reducing environmental pollution & landfill waste. Cotton can fully decompose within a few weeks, unlike polyester-mixed fabrics, which can take hundreds of years to decompose.

Plastic-free Packaging

This garment is packaged in decomposable & plastic-free drawstring-bag that is fully reusable for storing the garment, and makes for a great travel shoe-bag. We also use decomposable paper mailer bags for shipping.

Upcycle Production-Waste

To further reduce dumping of fabric into landfills, we upcycle scrap fabric created during production into scrunchies, pet bandanas, hair ribbons, & hang-tags.
